💡 Craftsman Worklight: Efficient Replacement Krypton Bulb for Ultimate Illumination Review

I liked that it was available from Revain, but it was a bit pricey at $7. But replacement parts for Craftsman tools are hard to come by, so I was willing to pay the price. I also liked that it WORKS!

Lamp only lasted a few days This is obviously not a true craftsman's brand. In the photo she is in a craft kit. Don't be fooled into thinking this is an OEM bulb.

I gave the bulbs I ordered one star because the advert said they were Craftsman and they were shown in Craftsman packaging and if so when they arrive, they are not secured with a zipper. Pockets with no information about the master. I doubt they will last very long and people are advised to buy cheaper ones as they are no different and cheaply built.

We ordered a replacement bulb for an old Craftsman flashlight. It started almost immediately. So we got in touch and the seller sent us a new replacement. Same result; The light went out a few seconds after it was first switched on. Save money and don't buy this.

You just can't go to your local hardware store and expect to find a 19.2v bulb like this. I'm glad I was able to find her at Revain. It works. If it lasts as long as the original bulb, it's worth the price. But it will likely outlast the life of nickel-cadmium batteries. I know it's supply and demand, but paying $8 for a tiny lightbulb just bugs me.

This is junk! The picture shows a Craftsman package that looks like an OEM lamp but is not. Mine came in a small clear zippered bag. I spent more on them thinking they were OEM. I have tried brand name bulbs before and they blew shortly after receiving them. I bought two of these and each burned out in 15 minutes. Don't waste money!

This bulb burned out after about 10 minutes of use. It did not arrive in the packaging shown online but in a zipped bag. I don't think this is a master lamp replacement. The original bulb in my flashlight lasted over 10 years and only failed after I dropped the flashlight. I would choose 0 stars, but for that you have to choose at least 1 star.

The quality of these bulbs is deteriorating. We always buy 2 to have a spare on hand, no more. We walked 2 in 3 days. It's getting ridiculous. The slightest touch of a flashlight will kill a lightbulb. When we first got light many years ago, it wasn't like that, the light bulb worked for many, many years. At this price it's good to buy one at a time and use a regular flashlight if needed when the bulb goes out.
