Better than the original!

Works great (both for charging and data) and is longer than the original cable. In the original, I was always afraid of the camera being pulled off a very short table because the camera had to be on the edge to allow the cable to reach the surge protector. Now it is firmly on the table and there is space. Edit: I use mine with an Olympus SZ-12.

Cable works as advertised but not as pictured.

The cable you will receive will look slightly different than the one shown. The resulting cable is a common Chinese fake sold everywhere and receiving mediocre reviews. I bought this cable based on the picture (mistake) to avoid that cheap cable, but that's exactly what I got. As long as it works I would recommend that you avoid this cable/seller or at least buy elsewhere for a lot less (usually half the price of this cable).
