I have removed many of these caps on original cartridges and cannot tell the difference. They fitted my 1999 GMC Sierra perfectly and made a huge difference to the look of the truck. Too bad I didn't have time to paint the rims.

I had a spare wheel cover after 2 were stolen and another fell off. They fit perfectly on the caps and I carefully tightened them with a socket wrench. You will hear a click as the plastic nuts lower. So far the hats are looking really nice. 2002 GMC Sierra 1500.

Amazing they fit my 2005 GMC Sierra better than OEM but just make sure you don't over tighten or you'll break them but that's with it all that plastic you put on the truck I didn't break them because I read the reviews on here. I've had my half year and they are holding up great
