As shown in the picture, it fits the WD My Book perfectly. The power cord fits next to it, while the USB cable fits snugly in the compartment on the other side of the access panel. I was hoping it would be a firmer foam but I don't think it's going to be prone to falling off so I'm not worried. A good inexpensive solution to protect WD from dust and storage.

I bought this item for my external hard drive wd my book fits perfectly and also has room for cables. Very well made and of high quality, no regrets.

Bought this case after buying the first case advertised, it also worked with my external 8TB but didn't work 😕 I had to cut out that little spacer in this box to fit it to get it fitted properly, but at least I now have it safely stored for travel

Great case for my WD My Book 4TB drives. I have bought three of these and am very impressed with the build quality, attention to detail and quality of materials used. The My Book drives fit perfectly and are well secured, including the wall mount and SS USB cables, and they have very little free space (good as the dimensions of the cases seem perfect for the application). It was a great purchase that I would make again anytime.

It fits my 10TB WD Easystore USB 3.0 external hard drive well and protects the hard drive very well. If you're using a hard drive of this size, you won't find a better one.
