Made in China, this product is not advertised as an official BISSEL spare part. The rollerball says "PULL" while the original rollerballs say "BISSELL". I will not order and look for genuine Bissell parts.

Don't try the less expensive route, it only leads to disappointment. The 4 groove molded plastic end is not the same type of plastic as the Bissell OEM part. After trying to clean the floors for less than 10 minutes, it started squeaking and then screeching at me. The plastic was torn off. I found this product a no brainer as I regularly use cross waves on vinyl floors and carpets. I used to buy factory rolls and filters but decided to try this pack. The filters seem to fit and work. The roles initially look like they fit and fit. Once you switch from hardwood to carpet, the roller stops spinning and the inner plastic surface is torn apart by the vacuum's male gear. The roller brushes fit in the washing machine but after 30-60 seconds they each went quiet and stopped spinning shortly after which my bissell cross wave pet pro shut off when I removed the end of the roller brush getting hot and the roll was bigger could not turn. I have a Crosswave 1785A and was hoping it would be a good replacement. Immediately after opening they seemed small but not by much so I figured they were ok. They weren't. I don't think they barely touched the ground. When I was done with the floors and they were dry, stains (which could have been cleaned with the original Bissell brush) were still visible in many places.
