Great alternative to original parts

Fits perfectly and works very well! Some of the other reviews mentioned the weird smell, and I only smelled rubber when I sniffed the part, not when I vacuumed it. In general I am satisfied with the work and the quality.

Inexpensive, fits, still works

Fits our DC65. The original filters could be washed - I'm not sure about that. My only concern was that the intake filter was letting enough air through to cool the engine, but so far so good. I give 5 stars because there is nothing wrong with it and the price is great.

Replaceable filters fixed our vacuum cleaner.

These replacement filters solved our problem with the Dyson Animal2 overheating and shutting down. Washing our filters didn't get them clean enough. We live on a dirt road with several long haired pets. Changing the filter helped.

Perfect for filters

We bought a set of 2 filters for our Dyson. They were cheap and fit perfectly. Now our vacuum cleaner works like new. I am so pleased with this purchase that I intend to make it a scheduled order. Although we washed the filters monthly, they never felt very clean. Now I know they are clean and the smell of dust from vacuuming is gone.

The vacuum cleaner overheats within 5 minutes when using this filter

The vacuum cleaner overheats within a few minutes when using this filter. I have to turn it off to avoid damaging the motor. I have been using the original filter for 5 years and it has never overheated my vacuum cleaner even after using it for an hour. Despite the good reviews, I advise against buying it. Spend €50 and buy directly from the manufacturer.

Quality replacement. Restores suction power and helps the motor stay cool.

Although Dyson filters can be cleaned, over time the flow will become limited and the vacuum will overheat. I removed my DC65 and bought a newer model. Due to the low price of this kit, I decided to restore an old device for backup service. It worked very well. The filters appeared to be of good quality and fitted well, but the motor filter required extra force to turn it fully into the locked position.
