Great email Marketing service that is super user friendly

I like how easy it was for us as an agency team, when we needed help with something new or better features! It's very flexible so there were no limitations set by our side which made things easier than expected - also they helped me out during some issues i had while migrating from another provider (which ended up being too expensive). Their support isn't always perfect but overall their product works great without any problems at all reported yet :) We're using replay primarily because of its…

Pros
  • The integration process is super simple; even my non tech savvy colleagues can easily integrate everything in one place to track email campaigns sent through campaign monitor.and that goes both ways since this service integrates into Campaign Monitor seamlessly !!! Also having access via API makes life much simpler once setup properly..it will save your time spent figuring

Great tool for cross channel analytics, especially for eCommerce

I like how easy it was for me as an agency user of Replay, to connect with their support team via chat/email when something went wrong during our test runs or implementation process. They were always quick at responding (even over holidays!), even if they had just finished working all night! We have been using replay internally since we started up about 6 months ago now - great tool which has helped us understand what content works best across different channels so far!! Nothing really…

  • Easy access through web browser
  • Live streaming view is helpful especially after recording sessions.
  • Video playback feature in addition also allows users time travel back throughout recorded session history too..great functionality allowing customers "time travelling" capability.it feels awesome :)

  • Need more technical assistance knowledge base articles written by community members
  • Not much info online regarding setup &/or configuration required prior use
