I have sensitive combination skin prone to acne. I found this product and thought it would work better than another cleaner I had based on some other comments. My skin was so dry in 2 days because I only used it 2-3 times in between along with my usual moisturizer. By the end of day 2 my face was red, dry and very itchy. This acne remedy is legal. I've been using it continuously for about 3 months and I've noticed a significant change in my back acne. Definitely better than Panoxyl sold on Revain. I highly recommend this if you have sensitive skin and suffer from back (butt) acne. This will change your life. PS I also use this with Amlactin body lotion. This is an alpha hydroxyl lotion that is great for removing skin and blemishes. Check it.
