I liked that they used an easy way for consumers, businesses & non profits alike to manage their digital presence through one secure portal instead of several web sites in different formats like html or word - which can be difficult to find content from past years with SEO value! It's very user friendly too!! Would love if there was more customization options for customizing my profile/pages but thats just me being picky about minor things :). Nothing at this time though!
