The ability to identify opportunities for improvement in our supply chain processes is incredible! We are able find issues that we can improve upon immediately so it makes solving problems much easier as well since they're not new anymore but have been identified years ago by someone else who has already solved them before us (which would be extremely difficult). The most useful part is that you can see what your competitors are doing to get ahead of them in their own game. It does not give me too much insight into my business but it gives me some ideas about how I should be working toward being more competitive within our market space. Sometimes it takes awhile for the product to load up so this could be an issue if you're trying to use during peak hours.
