If you're looking for something to wear under your daughter's dress or skirt, this is perfect! The material is thin. I wouldn't recommend wearing them with a tunic but they are perfect for covering your daughter more discreetly. They also have good value. That's a great price and they are perfect for my 5 year old dresses which are a bit short. Hides his underpants while building wheels, stands on his hands, just plays. They are silky smooth. (Not cotton) Which was a surprise but not a problem. She likes that they are soft and not scratchy. White and cream are too see through, but she likes pink. I might order an all black set this fall to wear under my uniform skirts.

I bought these for my 5 year old daughter to wear under polo dresses to school and they are better than nothing but they are VERY skinny which makes them ride up and still look shorter than they are. They're so thin you can see the pattern on their underwear through them, so they're not perfect. My sons call them underwear because they are so small and not very firm. I love the variety of colors and they were better than nothing but I wouldn't buy them again.

These shorts are very thin and should not be worn by children. I could see my daughter's panties without even looking and the mid-thighs went so high that the back of the shorts reached down to her buttocks and didn't look right on my daughters. I bought 2 sizes, one size for my 8 year old and one size for my 6 year old and both sizes are like this. I should have read the thin material reviews before buying these but they will work. As you can see in our daughter's photo, her diaper is visible through the shorts. This applies to all colors of shorts in the package. As she is only one year old and still wears diapers we can allow her to wear them as shorts but we would not allow her to wear them as shorts as they become see through with age.
