Great hand protection

I volunteer at an animal shelter and walk dogs and bought these sleeves to protect my hands from toe claws, dog bites or whatever. I haven't been bitten yet, so I can't comment on how protective they are in this situation, but they certainly protect my hands from the dogs' long, sharp claws. There are no scratches, so blood is drawn. I recommend these sleeves for the protection I need. In addition, the seller sent them quickly. waste of money. - Arm and Hand Guard

They will NOT prevent roses, bougainvillea or other embroidery plants from getting up the sleeves. I haven't tried it with a knife and I'd be crazy if I did! The so-called "one size fits all” is wrong. I have lean but muscular arms and they were very loose on me. My husband has them on and they fit him but he is also slim. The fabric resembles the knit of a sweater. Certainly not made of Kevlar and impregnated with an impermeable substance. I should have returned but threw them away instead. I…

Really comfortable and flexible enough to accommodate a range of body sizes.

I use these Kevlar sleeves on my feet and calves as socks to protect me from flea bites (fleas can easily bite through all and even layered regular socks). I tape the bottom with masking tape to cover them completely. Even these cases are not advertised as puncture resistant and I have found that a double layer of cases can protect me from the sharp bites I would otherwise get from fleas.
