This product will save you from cutting your hands if you are not watching your work. Just be aware that the edge of your knife will dull every time it touches this glove, so I treat my fish like I'm not wearing a glove. I recommend you do the same, otherwise it takes forever to cut meat with a dull knife.

Excellent gloves. One size larger than recommended for my wife's hand. The size table recommended the "Small” glove. She chose "Medium" and it suited her perfectly. Remember to put on the cloth glove first and then the stainless steel glove. So we "upscaled" it to medium. Very good protection!

I bought this to wear when I'm butchering fish and not only does it protect my hand from cuts, it grips really slimy fish - so it's like two tools in one. I've only used it a few times but I really like how it eliminates the hassle of fiddling with a razor sharp fillet knife. I would have bought it many years ago if I had known how well it works.
