I don't think the chair was damaged in transit. The box appeared to be in good condition. Not sure if it was packaged in an already broken box. As you can see, it is clearly visible, and the rear headrest is separate from the seat.

The piece of metal connecting the backrest to the seat broke in half. I think this is a very cheap quality chair that should never cost as much as other gaming chairs on Amazon. I've had it for less than a year and it's completely beyond repair. I was also missing a few small parts when the chair arrived, I had to buy the screws and washers I needed to even put the chair together.

I usually play long sessions and work from home, so sitting in a chair for hours is a must. The comfort I felt from this chair compared to other brands is immeasurable. The seat cushion is very thick and firm enough that you don't sink into it when you sit down. The open back design is very helpful to prevent the back sweating of other full back chair models. The assembly went smoothly and the instructions are very clear. Company 10/10.

Edit this review because it will be in the bin in less than 2 years. The seat cushion fell apart, I had to tape it shut as the pieces fell off.
