The support team was super helpful, they were very responsive to our needs (changing from another system). They did not try too hard or push us into something we didn't want but rather gave suggestions that made sense in their opinion. It's easy to use, has all of our restaurant data in one place so that we can easily keep track of everything! There aren't many features I dislike about it- but there are some minor things here or there (like searching by product/item).
