I could only print in black, all colors didn't work. I couldn't calibrate it. Spend the extra money and just buy a Brother drum so you don't get frustrated and waste time.

The image produced by this product is so bright that it cannot be used. I spent hours fixing it and figured the problem wasn't with new drums. I bought brand new drums, they work perfectly. If I could give zero stars I would.

Wow. It didn't work, it caused me to spend more money and months on troubleshooting. I almost bought a new printer. Finally went today and just put the original drums back on and the printer works great. They aren't branded or just don't work. I wish we had figured this all out before the return policy ended.

They have been packaged well for their low price and are labeled to assist in loading them correctly into the printer. Definitely worth the price compared to the OEM bought June 27th and I may update this post in a few months if they fail and/or if I remember too.

I used to manage the IT department of the hospital. We tried 4 different brands of 3rd party toner cartridges and all 4 failed. We have returned to corporate style. These things work. Just like this one. I swear it now I tried another remaining brand and had a terrible experience. I returned to them and life was prosperous again.

Just doesn't work. I still got the message to move the green tab to remove the corona wires. The seller was good at helping me but after a few offers all he offered was a refund. I bought Brother drums instead and they didn't work either. I watched a few YouTube videos and tried cleaning the heater plates over the drum/toner assemblies and the printer worked fine for a few days.
