I like the headphones but replacing the two that didn't work was very difficult for the seller to fix. The product is good but two did not fit and the seller makes it very difficult to replace two. Be careful who you buy from.

We use them for security in our church. they work great for this purpose. Since we tend to use multiple units (people regularly lose theirs, new team members, people forget their home and take a new one, etc.) the price is okay. Haven't had a single failure yet - that's a good thing.

We replaced our old headphones with these mic and headphone sets and they work well. I was going to buy them individually but this bulk pack turned out to be better and cheaper!
