Unreliable Programming, Waste of Money

When I tried this product, I was extremely disappointed with its programming capabilities. Despite following the instructions carefully, the walkie talkies failed to communicate successfully. The only positive aspect of the product is its affordability. However, the unreliability of the programming function makes the product a complete waste of money. The lack of usability and reliability make it clear that this product is not worth investing in, especially for those who value quality…

Haven't used the radio yet but works great so far. Very happy with the battery life. I found the instruction manual difficult for a non-ham radio operator and was curious how I might get hold of an automatic radio charger. Contacted support who said the charger is currently unavailable in the US. The speed of customer support responses was excellent. Possibly the best customer support I have ever received. Pros and Cons of CB and Talkback Radios

These were purchased for a youth group to use camping. The radio cannot simply be programmed via the keyboard. It comes with a programming cable and you can download a free program for your computer. I am using Windows. I haven't tried the program on Mac. In order to get the transmission of the program, you must follow all the steps on the computer screen in the exact order in which they are prompted.
