Very impressed with rideshare customers. Although it was very thin and not as thick as expected. One of the cables wouldn't pull back, the Android cable just stuck out after the first pull. I want to find a similar product but with better quality. It seems to be the only such product on the market.

I bought 2 and 1 worked as advertised the other didn't. The LED indicator that shows the device is ready for use does not work. Too cumbersome to return but cheap for a second one that really works to make up for it.

I like the functionality of this product, but the power cord that plugs into the outlet is a little fragile and is beginning to wear out. I would give five stars if the cable was more durable.

I'm an Uber driver. I ordered this product and it didn't work at all. It won't turn on, none of the charging cables work, I have the same product but from a different manufacturer and seller who clearly has some quality standards and respect for customers.

Micro USB does not rewind after the first pull. I can hear fragments moving inside the device. I have to assume that the part holding the spring wasn't strong enough and snapped as there was no tension left to coil the cable. To return.

The clip is weak like that of a driver. People get in and out of my car all the time. You need someone to hit it, and it breaks, and the only other complaint is that the wattage can be high enough for a quick charge, but otherwise it's a very smart concept.
