Mediocre quality - cables and connections

Rideshare customers were impressed with the product. Although it was very thin and not as thick as expected. One of the cables wouldn't pull back, the Android cable just stuck out after the first pull. I want to find a similar product but with better quality. It seems to be the only such product on the market.
