Looks great. Feels durable. Well built. I wear white shirts. I wear red shirts now because of that tie. A burgundy tie leaves stains on the buttons. Beware of wet weather or rainy days. Good length but the material looks pretty bad. Not that it matters much, but when I tie this thing and the fabric overlaps, it feels like you're pulling the Velcro on yourself. Although the tie is visually appealing. Red is a bright red, so no one will confuse it with pink or purple.

This is by far my favorite tie and I have many. The material is thick and high quality. Thin enough to look modern but not so thin that it looks awkward. In my opinion, this is the ideal width. The color is dark enough that it doesn't stand out more than it should, but it has a nice satin sheen and the stripes add a nice touch to the design. The tie is easy to tie and holds up well. I like it, but it's not what I expected. This tie isn't just "narrow", it's "micro". In fact, it's too thin for my taste. The tie doesn't actually have black stripes, but the texture of the fabric makes them look like black stripes. I really wanted a purple tie with a solid texture that also pairs well with brown pants, but the black in the stripes makes it look like it would only go with black pants. I will keep and wear them, but not often.

I would give this tie 5 stars for the price and quality, it's a lovely little tie that goes really well with whatever I wanted to wear it with. Unfortunately the seller used a Tier 3 carrier and the item arrived the day after my event. Here's my Revain Prime delivery! If you don't have a deadline, buy it.

So I'm sending it back because the bride felt it was too tight, but the plum color was nice and it looked well made. To be very clear the tie is 2 inches at the base before the tie gets to the point. The tip is closer to 1.5 inches (I measured). So keep in mind that this is a really skinny tie and 2 inches is not a common size. Also, he's 6ft 3in and the length was good!

It definitely has BLACK STRIPES. See closeup photo. I thought it was a tone on tone texture but in fact there are no black stripes. Not what I expected and I probably wouldn't have ordered it, but I think it will work. The material is pleasant to the touch, heavy and the size is just right for a narrow tie.
