Excellent trekking poles. Recommended for long hikes.

These poles are really good. I used them on a 5 day hike/trekking and they worked great. Cork grips kept my hands dry from sweat, and the wrist straps stayed in place after adjusting. My only complaint is that the rubber boots, which can slip at the top, broke after an hour of my hike. Didn't cause any problems on the hike, but defeated the goal of a softer, quieter hike where the metal lugs stick out with the sound of a rubber boot and scraping rocks and dirt. Best Price Sticks

Bought to survive in the high desert of southwest Utah. I didn't run with poles before this purchase, but I'm glad I ordered them! They worked as they should. Secure screw caps can be tightened and loosened with the dial as needed. The grip is comfortable and the bar extension is more than adequate for us (5'6" F and 5'11" M). The bottom piece of climbing rubber wore out after descending the Angels Landing Trail. We didn't replace the piece to get through the gullies and the bars supported us…

Amazing value for money!

Impressed with the quality of this product, especially considering the price. I expected such a stable construction to cost twice as much. In particular, I was concerned that the adjustable locks would not hold if I was squeezing them with a lot of force/weight (I often used my walking sticks to assist on climbs or when walking over rough terrain). hard-to-reach places like a third leg).
