As a hesitant buyer in the field of Industrial and Scientific Power Tools, I decided to try the Smashpad Welding mat. According to my experience, it provides excellent protection for my equipment and work area during my welding projects. The durable material and easy-to-clean surface make it a great addition to my toolkit. However, the price point may be a drawback for some. Overall, I highly recommend this product for anyone in need of a reliable welding mat.

Save your knees. Doesn't take up much space. It smells weird like if the chemicals left it in the sun for a few days and it would go away.

This is my fourth mat and it's nowhere near as good as the other mats, already flat on the inside and offering very little comfort. Three months after the purchase, all corners have been torn open.
