Got this as a gift and it worked beautifully for a week. It stopped working overnight. It looks like others have lasted much longer though, so I’m hoping this is a fluke and can get an exchanged one.

Mainly purchased for my rarer plants who love humidity.Before I was using a Vicks cool mist, which worked ok, but didn't have a humidity thermostat, an auto on/off, wasn't powerful enough for my 350sq ft room, and had to be refilled daily which got to be a chore.This is definitely an upgrade well worth it.Yes there are other comparable humidifiers for less (like $60-100) BUT I have limited space, this takes up less counter space than those ones, holds more water (I refill it like 1x every 3-4…

Just bought this a few months ago and it has stopped working! I have only used it a dozen times! Don’t buy! It will stop working within 3-4 months! Garbage product!

Loved the humidifier itself but one main reason I went with this humidifier was I really liked the idea of the essential oil tray! After only three days the essential oil tray is broken (the clip inside) was not rough when using it was definitely a weak point of the humidifier! Sad to say but a 50 dollar humidifier would have done the trick just didn’t have the oil bonus

Within 12hrs I could feel a big difference. I had a humidity reader and we were only at 20%! Once we bought this it helped a ton. We probably need 1-2 more of these since our house is bigger. But for now it has done enough to make a big difference. We no longer wake up with sinus issues / bloody noses.

This product has been used for a week now. I regret why I didn't buy it earlier. The appearance of the tower design is simple and generous, and the amount of fog is great. It won't wet my floor, and the fog is also very delicate. It is the Savior of my skin in winter! The key is that it has a large capacity and will not leak, so I don't need to add water and clean the floor frequently, which really saves me worry! Highly recommended products.

Just started using this. Puts out amazing mist. I found it easy to assemble and use. Easy to fill, you just lift the top off and pour into the reservoir. It maintains the humidity level that I set. Would give it 5 stars except for 2 things. There is no essential oil box (even though even the instructions says there is) and the key pad is very sensitive. Dusting will change your settings.

I had water ALL over the place every time I tried to refill the tank. Tubbing hanging into the tank for suction purposes is not conducive for refilling water. In addition, the top leaks everywhere. Returned!

The product delivered was not new, there was residue on the top where the water comes out. There was also hard water residue in and on the tubing. It does seem to be working right now, but we will see how it goes.It was very quirky with a small piece on the inside that had to be a perfect way- we had to add water to the middle part before adding water to the base in order to get it to stop beeping.

Stopped working or having any power after first use. Seller never responded to me. So dissatisfied and disappointed Thanks for attention!

Easy to use. I take the top off to fill the tank i feel like its easier to fill that way. I can barley even hear it running which is wonderful!
