I've heard everyone talk about these things and how great they are. I've heard they dry hair quickly, add volume and are easy to use. None of this is true. The handle is massive. My arm hurts after 5 minutes of use. It takes me longer to dry my hair with this blow dryer than with a normal blow dryer and brush and it still doesn't dry completely. Yes Yes Yes I've been waiting for this all my life 1 to 2 hours! Now less than 10 minutes! RESCUER! Fun fact: It's a hair dryer, so yes, it's loud! A bit big so it may be a problem to take it with you when traveling. Even if you use it to dry your hair, it's not waterproof. That means you don't have to clean it under water. TIPS: If you have a lot of hair like me, divide your hair into 4 sections. speeds up the process. When you're done, use the cool setting and brush your hair a little longer.

This product really deserves a five star rating. Let me be very clear here: I HAVE 4C HAIR, I don't actually have 4C hair. I spend so much time detangling my hair it's ridiculous! I have my watch and I've tried every trick in the book. By the time I'm done with one section, the other is messed up again. After only 1 year all the bristles in the brush are no longer straight and the plastic the bristles come from is now warped. See attached picture. It worked fine at first but now it takes much longer and much more work through my daughter's hair to get it dry and straight. , they contacted me without prompting and replaced my brush for free. This alone will make me want to continue using this company.

It was ok I didn't give it 5 stars because it didn't pull out my hair like I expected. I have 4C NIGERIAN hair so it's not itchy and I thought this product would help smooth it out a bit more than my usual hair regimen. Blow drying with this product pulled my hair to about the same length as if I curled it up overnight and combed it out the next day :/ If anyone has any advice for me please reply.
