Not worth the hassle

This Audio & Video Accessories connector failed to impress me. Electronics is tricky and this product just added to my frustration. After I put it to the test the shaky connection and poor quality signal forced me to give up on it. While the price may be tempting, the cons far outweigh THE pros. stick to a more reliable brand and save yourself the trouble..

Works well with the Magnetic Mobile Antenna on HT

Hustler RUM-150 works great at 2m from HT with RG-58/u going out the window 99% folded. The instructions for the antenna say to use 90° for stress relief and it is fine for that purpose. No problem maintaining a good connection, some of my BNC cables seem to be erratic and lose connection depending on whether the cable is moved.
