Sturdy, comfortable and easy to install

I originally bought these because they were cheap and before the remodel I wanted to see if my family would use our bar height countertop in our new home. Well I should have gotten a 4 as we are fighting over who gets to bat now. They are very easy to assemble, very durable (we are burly people) and quite comfortable. I will be buying another set soon. We've had them for about 2 months now.

These chairs are very stable and comfortable to sit on. Excellent customer service from 5R Products.

ordered 4 chairs and arrived quickly and well packaged. They are very easy to assemble. My 8 year old son was able to unpack and assemble 2 chairs in 30 minutes. One chair had a small problem and 5R Products customer service quickly sent a replacement. These chairs are very stable and comfortable to sit on. The seat height is 29" and they are perfect for a 41" bar table. I would buy them again.

Metal powder release is good for play and lounge furniture

Good looking. But when I opened the box, I heard the sound of sand. Had not. There was a lot of metal powder on the floor and in the metal pipes. So far I have seen minor and major issues with the product but never encountered them. I have two kids and had to install them outside as I didn't want to bring harmful metal powders home. It was still easy to install, but it took me almost an hour to remove the powder and clean the garage floor. Terrible but looks good.

Full of junk from production

As soon as I pulled the pieces out of the box, the stool legs started throwing tiny bits of metal debris all over the floor. In each of the 4 legs there was quite a lot of tiny bits of metal falling out of the holes and upon closer inspection you could see the bits stamped during the manufacturing process slipped in there. It's all very difficult to get out of the stool legs, sprawls across the floor (make sure you don't have pets or small children when assembling) and makes noise as they roll…

Great find! Sturdy and beautiful

Edit: August 2021 - these chairs are still great, I had no problems even with two boys jumping in and out! These chairs were all I wanted. They were packaged very well as every single part was boxed and the equipment was boxed separately for each service so it was easy to see which bolts went where and the kit also comes with Alan's all important key. The material of the seat feels high quality and well made, the metal of the stand is also very durable. The only downside is that it drops a TON…
