We bought the 99 ft and was long enough to go across the front of our house and halfway down the sides. Pretty colors with a few options. Remote has to be really close to pick up a signal. Used a staple gun to install. Leaving them up all year since they aren’t seen in the daylight.

I bought this product to go underneath my back porch. I was super excited because they were waterproof, they were small, and there was a remote. The setup was easy and it looked great but once I plugged them in and turned them on I realized that there were lights throughout the strand that were a different color that the setting that I had chosen. Installed these on the inside brim of a partial inground pool, works great, now night swims are fun. Not a single issue with the lights everything works as advertised.

Only used them once so car and while not exactly terrible they weren’t exactly what I was looking for. They are a pain to try to roll up and put away but would work well for something if you plan to make them a permanent feature

The rope is extreme thin but robust which is great, but the wires inside are not well controlled and you have to watch carefully to ensure none bend and kink. Everything worked great out of the box, but multiple LEDs are not lighting up. It still looks amazing but disappointed after spending hours routing a 99ft LED rope. Used it on outdoor Christmas star. I like the changing color. Remote works but not from very far away. Was worried about it getting wet but it has rained for days and it is still shining bright. Pleased with it so far.

I'm using these infere the roof of my pergola on my deck - they are small but bright, ad i had yo use a little patience to get them all humg, but that's not the products fault - 99 feet is alot of line to handle/Weave into place. They are bright, the remote works well and the choices are easy, and we're totally pleased with them - enough light that it lights the area somewhat.

We just put in a gazebo and put these lights around the perimeter and it worked out beautifully. Easy to install and gives the right amount of light without glaring. Plan to leave it up all year and use it to decorate for each holiday.

I loved these, they were great, until they weren’t. They were beautiful and bright for two wonderful months. Then they just started to barely flicker. What a waste of money.Update: the company sent me a replacement set, they’ve been up over two months and are still bright and beautiful. Love these lights! Look for yourself! Simply beautiful! Use silicone to cover the controller. And don’t submerge in water. Use clips to attach to pool side. :) :) :).

I turned on the lights before I began installing them, so I could see if anything goes wrong. I installed the lights with screw in plastic cable clamps. These don't crimp the wire. They were installed about 36" apart to help keep the cable straight. I still had to stretch it a little to keep it straight. I put in the last cable clamp and the lights in front of me went off. During my career, I did thousands of light design for so many applications, both residential and commercial. I do a lot of research, you have too. This is in/outdoor rope light.nice. This selection has enough brilliance and color strength to do any accent lighting. I chose the Smoke Bush as a 2nd choice after wanting to do a border around the patio pavers initially. Mildly disappointed by the size. I expected standard rope lights, but these are the diameter of uncooked macaroni. The first several feet of the tubing have no lights, but the rest is well-lit. Brightness seems to be a little weak for my purpose but will probably be adequate. We’ll see. I want to string them along the 10’ high rafters on my pergola, and am concerned they may be too dim. Once the snow melts and I can affix them I’ll write an update.

It works as advertised, I can choose a single color, "fade" automatically through all colors, or use "async" mode to have them all be different colors and also changing colors (like regular holiday lights). The length was 132' as promised. The remote works from across the yard. I used these for Christmas on the top of a cinderblock wall. They look good and have not failed as they where rained on quite a few times. Time will tell if they hold up - I bought the extended warr. which was pretty cheap, so we will see.

This os not the typical rope light. But it works great but don't expect many years out of it. It will not last long if you leave outside for a long period of time
