The ability to create projects, change orders & invoices in one place for ease of use is great! This program has helped us greatly with our small business printing needs as well as being able to generate quotes online that help get better margins/pricing from vendors than we have been getting previously by hand calculation methods. The most useful part of the software is the ability to create a document template that is customizable for each of our departments. In order to add a custom field to a document template you have to add it to the individual document templates. As of now, we cannot create a custom field for a document template.
