Review on RGM Printing Management System (PM) by Donnie King

The most useful part of the software is the ability to create a document template that is customizable for each of our departments. In order to add a custom field to a document template you have to add it to the individual document templates. As of now, we cannot create a custom field for a document template. It would be great to have the ability to create a document template and have a customizable field for each document that is created. We are able to track document creation and send out reminders to the correct person.
