Beautiful Ribbons for Fine Wedding Decoration and Crafting Wrap Review

I ordered dark blue straps and they are not really dark blue, they are more like Aegean blue than dark blue. Even though the texture of the ribbon looks like satin, it's a bit more translucent and cheaper than the local store.

Feels like a mix of plastic strap and fabric strap. The spool it came on broke and I had a mess with the tape. I would not use this for fabric or clothing. I would use this for gifts, paper crafts, and *maybe* home decor.

I was surprised to see how many ribbons came with this purchase. The only problem is that the ribbon unwinds very easily as the inner cardboard circle is very large. I think this is to give the impression that you are getting a lot of tape. However, this can also serve to prevent the band from folding. It's hard to work with as it untangles so easily, but for the money I'll fight it. Worth the money and I would recommend.

Good for what it is. The color is very light green but the fabric is very cheap. It's fine for needlework but I don't think it would work for any type of sewing as the color bleeds when wet and it's not exactly satin. This is a strange, very thin material with a shiny surface on one side only. The back is matte, but the colors on it are much less. It folds easily and retains those folds, making the sheet very difficult to make. One has a wrinkle, it's forever. It's a beautiful color though, so…
