🔩 SupraLite Belts by Riccar Review

Attention buyers! These are NOT original Riccar belts. I took my vacuum cleaner to an official dealer and they immediately told me that these are ordinary belts. These straps are narrower, thinner and longer than the original straps. The photos show the original belt that my vacuum cleaner dealer gave me, grayish in the first picture on the left. Don't waste your money, go to your local dealer.

I bought them a few years ago. I just finished my last one and have ordered more to have on hand. They used to come in a Riccar clamshell box marked Riccar. And both fit and worked perfectly. For this order, two straps arrived in a plain ziplock plastic bag. And that's despite going back to the same order page I used before. I won't be using them for a while but will come back and update when I do.

, I don't know if the straps are original or not. But they fit and work on my riccar r10d. Mine doesn't have an automatic belt stopper, and if you have one, it's not the belt for your car. You must have life preservers. I also don't think my record goes through the tapes that often, so it should last a long time. I didn't rate the value for money very well because I think the parts are expensive and even if they are OEM parts the price is a bit higher.

These belts were advertised as Riccar belts for the Supralite vacuum cleaner. We were able to put the strap on, but it was so tight and inflexible that the mallet wouldn't turn at all. I kept checking to see if I was getting Riccar genuine parts as this is an expensive machine - the belts are Panasonic printed and a completely different material to the belt I later bought from the Riccar dealer. After reading good and bad reviews I decided to take a chance and buy these straps for my Supralite sl1a. Knowing that they were going to be tight, I gave the first one, it seemed to me, a good stretch, installed it and turned on the vacuum cleaner. After a few seconds, the belt began to smoke and deteriorated. At this point I thought I'd give the second one a try, but really stretched it out, even beyond what I thought was necessary. I put it on and to my surprise it worked fine. No Smoking. I

These Riccar SupraLite belts are excellent quality and a lot cheaper than going to a workshop or shop. Any of these vacuums can catch fire instantly and break the belt if you make a mistake switching from "smooth floor" to "carpet" while it's running, or if you leave the lever halfway between the two positions, so it's usually not an error.
