🍷 Riedel Heart to Heart Cabernet Sauvignon Glasses, Set of 2, 28-1/4-Oz, Clear Review

This product was a Christmas present for my mother. She loves glasses and was very excited. After opening them, however, we found that both lenses had a scratch in the same place. These were quite expensive glasses with a scratch on not one but both lenses.

My first box of these Riedel wine glasses was shipped and one was broken. Revain was happy to do this for me by sending a new box. I assume they were treated roughly the first time. Overall I am very happy with my experience. The wine glasses are beautiful and I highly recommend them.

Ordered four glasses of Cabernet Sauvignon as a housewarming gift. Each box contained 2 glasses and both boxes were incorrectly labeled with Cabernet and Champagne labels. The boxes contained champagne glasses. Have sent them back and re-ordered but I'm afraid the replacement order will also be wrong.

Bought these for everyday and dinners of 6 as my 'good Riedels' are so thin and delicate I got tired of them for fear Clicking n2 pieces to wash/polish in front of them - which happens often. You won't! you are fat Actually too fat. Damn. They're a nice size, which I like, and for the price - if a guest managed to break them - I wouldn't be upset (surprised, but not upset).

love the shape and size. The stems are too brittle. I hand wash after each use. Dry with paper towels until sparkling clean. Drying one (out of the 4 I bought) the stem breaks halfway through the 2nd or 3rd time I use them. A. And the broken rod cut 3 fingers in the process. Now they're in the closet and they look beautiful, but I don't want to use them.

I know this is not the place to complain about shipping but Revain had no room for comments just a few options regarding my delivery. The driver said the package was placed in a "safe place". It was at the end of our driveway in front of the mailbox. It was dark, so maybe they thought the dark made it "safe". Of course, all you had to do was drive a car with the headlights on to see it. If I hadn't checked my email or Echo I wouldn't have known until dawn, and who knows who else might have seen
