I need this D ring to replace the ring on my small 19 lb Scottish Terrier harness. About the 5th walk the ring just came loose like a thin paper clip and if I hadn't been careful I could have lost my little pup if he became separated and collided with traffic. Went to the hardware store to find a good thick one. Revain proves it sells so much junk made in China.

UPDATE: After contacting the seller about the discrepancy, they were very quick to respond to my messages and promptly sent the missing quantity. The product worked very well for my needs. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This listing and package says there are 50 of these. When I opened the packages (I ordered 2) there were only 30 pieces. That's a deficit of 40%. Not very happy.

They have a wider neck than previous 2" D-rings. Thread it through the already existing loop used to hold the canopy of my main zip sun visor. I think they will be good for new uses if you sew them into a new belt as they are extremely stiff. However, since this split D-ring needs to be a little more flexible, it's otherwise a good value for new applications.
