Ripple Creek Holder Mail Shelf Review

I really like this key holder, it goes perfectly with our decor and table. Initially, I bought several different versions of very similar holders, but the craftsmanship involved in making them was noticeably different. Other cheaper alternatives have been rough sanded/splintered very light wood whilst this key holder feels very solid and has a premium feel/look.

I'm not good at writing reviews so please be patient. Most woodwork these days is scrap so my expectations for this item were not very high. I was positively surprised. This product looks a lot better in person, comes with everything you need to install including a bubble level and is very durable. That being said, I'm glad I made this purchase and will continue to do so. Thanks Ripple Creek!

I was immediately impressed with the packaging. Everything was packed in such a way that nothing could be damaged. The next thing that struck me was that the instructions were clear and easy to read. I've seen instruction manuals written in such small print that you needed a magnifying glass to read them. My wife bought this product and we installed it on the day of delivery. I used the included anchor bolts and a level and quickly lifted it up. Not being very smart, I pulled on one of the plastic hooks to show my wife how strong my mount was and broke it. My wife was very unhappy with me. When the seller asked for a review I told him what happened and that it was my fault. They immediately offered to send replacements free of charge. Well today it came and I fixed it. I'll tell you one thing - buy the product, it's amazing! I've been looking for something beautiful, modern/elegant and simple/clean for a long time. It is handmade, the finish is very beautiful. I order this key holder for many reasons, mainly because it suits the style I want for my home, but most of all it looks damn good.
