The customer support is always available for us and they are very responsive with our needs. It's difficult to find all of the pieces that we want in one place but their team keeps working on it! I like that it is easy to use for my clients because they can upload their own content without any tech skills needed. It's also very simple to navigate once you've been through the training videos/webinars. The customer support team are always helpful and will guide you in the right direction with regards to how best to solve an issue you may have.
