I like that it's easy for me as an IT manager in my organization to use this tool because they have very clear steps when you are doing your scans; there aren't any issues with using RBSAccounts. It would be nice if some features were more customizable or easier to set up than others (like scanning multiple sites at once). Also make sure to check out their support team - great people! The product has been great for us in terms of providing security assessments at various levels with each report including recommendations that are actionable. They provide an easy way for all our employees to quickly find information about vulnerabilities in our products. The tool itself is also very intuitive. I wish you could have more options to customize the layout/design of your dashboard. Also, I would like to see a more detailed report of which vulnerabilities were patched by how much.
