Poorly finished (manufacturer error possible)

I bought these candles in October, they stopped working in December. One didn't turn on at all and the other was a weird orange color. I know it's not a battery problem because even when I put new batteries in, the problem didn't go away. Also, they only lasted two shabbos before needing a battery change.

Great gift for those who are hospitalized or live in a facility where flames are not allowed

While visiting a friend in the hospital on Friday night, I brought her this item as a gift. She liked it, immediately turned on the light and asked me to pray with her. I think having her door closed gave her a sense of peace in a noisy environment and a potentially dangerous health situation.

Perfect for religious occasions

This Shabbat candle option is great especially for those invited to the Shabbat dinner and cannot control the lit candles. Or if you are traveling you can always keep your purse on hand and never miss a Friday or holiday to light candles. I recommend this for those who practice and observe Shabbat and holidays and are on the go. Also a safe way to get young children to light candles without having to play with fire early on.

I was very pleased and surprised at the speedy delivery of my order. This item works very well especially as I live in a nursing home where lighting candles is not an option. In case one set didn't work or the battery died, I bought two sets. I want to tell a story about this product.
