Good Stuff - Audio & Video Accessories

Probably the most I've ever spent on speaker wire and I'm okay with that. The good and bad is that the black casing is tough. So if you cut the wire and try to strip it etc, it's a real pain. However, this translates to good longevity and you only have to install it once, so I guess I'll live with that. It's quite stiff, so it can be difficult to bend the wire in certain situations.

Slightly Far Away

I bought 2 50ft 14 gauge rolls. But I'm not entirely sure which is correct and which isn't. Well they are not the same. One is thicker, heavier and the role is much larger. the other is not 50' what is thicker than 12g? Or the smaller 16g? ? I'm confused, what should I return? Both? Disappointed, I wasn't expecting that. Phew, so uncomfortable. I gave 2 stars because I didn't use them exactly to find out the sound quality and control over adding banana plugs.

  • Electronics
Cons

Suitable for outdoor speakers on cedar deck if visible

Upgrade. The second pack I bought was nothing like the first. This is crap and not nearly the best thing I bought last year. This time it is not a rubber lining, but a PVC coating and thinner wire. I didn't check it out until a few weeks later and used it anyway. Buyers, beware of bait and substitution. Original rating. Good quality and all on 1 rolled spool. Note that it's a little tricky to remove the rubber sheath and disconnect the wires, but that's okay.

  • Speaker Cable
Cons
  • No Instructions
