Great way of creating an online directory

I like that it has all the features we need to keep our reviews organized, including tags, ratings, and categories. It can also be used for customer feedback as well. I have not found anything I dislike about this software. I think it's simple and easy to use. If you are looking for a tool that will organize your reviews and give you great tools for managing them, then go with this one! We use it to manage our employee reviews.
