I like that it has all the features we need to keep our reviews organized, including tags, ratings, and categories. It can also be used for customer feedback as well. I have not found anything I dislike about this software. I think it's simple and easy to use. If you are looking for a tool that will organize your reviews and give you great tools for managing them, then go with this one! We use it to manage our employee reviews. The software makes it easy to create new posts or edit existing ones. It allows us to easily schedule reviews, which helps us stay organized.
