Disappointing upgrade for MacBook laptops

When I tried this product to upgrade my MacBook, I quickly realized it was the wrong choice. Despite claims of improved performance, my laptop actually slowed down and struggled to run basic applications. It was a frustrating experience that left me wondering why I bothered investing in this product..

Works on my iMac 27 Late 2015

Hard to believe this adapter only has 8 reviews. I bought this adapter to upgrade my 27" iMac to a late 2015 27" NVMe slot on my logic board. I used a Western Digital Black NVMe M.2 1TB SSD and this adapter worked great with it. This adapter is also perfect for the slot on the mainboard. I didn't know about this adapter until the other adapter I usually use ran out of stock and won't ship until January 5th. I couldn't wait and while there wasn't much information on this adapter, I'm glad I…

Pros
  • Internal SSDs
Cons
  • Definitely bad product
