This is my first time using an RJ45 connector of this design. In the past I've used the one where you crimp one wire at a time with a tool. This one is actually pretty easy to install. All you have to do is insert a wire and then close the transparent cover. This will crimp the wire. Open the transparent cover and make the next wire. Continue doing this for all 8 wires.
