I was skeptical but their solution was perfect and saved me from having to replace the entire valve cover. The video was available for removal and installation, the repair should last another 100,000 miles. If you have diagnosed that you have problems with pcv, this is the way to go.

The part fits and works perfectly as the manufacturer does not sell the part separately. They make you buy a whole valve cover for over $500. A word of warning Dorman suggests diaphragm part #917-064 for this repair, it is the wrong size for this engine. Thanks for a good job!

Item works and fits great. Much more durable material than OEM. Hopefully this will be the last PCV this car needs as removing the intake manifold was a chore but putting the PCV together was an easy task. If you do this job be sure to order the rocker cover gasket and intake manifold gasket as these became brittle and broke during disassembly.
