After my dog ate my original remote I thought I must use the universal remote, it matches my other one perfectly, works great!. Delivered quickly and reliably.

This remote was meant to replace the same Samsung TV remote that I have and it is terrible. The volume buttons don't work half the time. There are also issues with the rest of the buttons, this is nothing more than a native remote control that comes with the TV.

My dog ate my original remote control. I've seen most replacement parts in the triple digit price range, so I was excited (if a little suspicious) when I saw this one for $30. My suspicions were confirmed when I realized that the down arrow and "exit" buttons weren't working. I can use the remote somewhat (change input sources, adjust volume, etc.), but the lack of a fully functional remote is less than desirable.
