I love that the remote has a volume button but I've tried pointing the remote at the soundbar and it clicks like it's turning on and not working which is odd. I've tried other batteries but they don't work It doesn't work just wondering if another remote control can come with the soundbar! I'll just buy two more to see what happens!

A Sony soundbar that I've been using for several years had a major bug. There is no way to turn it on without the Sony remote. After buying universal remotes with mixed results I turned to apps on a good phone with an IR blaster, it worked again but not as intentionally as the original remote and which replaces this product in every way

The remote control works with most functions. But for some reason the remote control does not switch from optical input to audio-video input. Although I think it's my fault. I have not verified that the numbers on the remote control match the numbers on my soundbar. Luckily I don't use my TV's optical output so this remote is great for what I need. It also works with my Sony TV and Sony Bluray player.

The remote control works as it should and is cheap (my opinion). Thanks Revin The only improvement I would suggest is to ship it with a battery. If you need to charge a little more for the battery, I'd be fine with that. You get it in bulk, I'm saving because it's Revain. victory/win.

That's great. I lost the remote for our soundbar in a small part of our couch where things can't be reached. My husband was very unhappy and I was debating the need for a replacement handsaw when I was wondering if I could get a replacement remote first. It wasn't expensive and worked straight away, just like our old one. Much cheaper than divorce.
