It didn't work for us but I don't know if it was a problem with the remote control or the TV. I received my refund quickly and without any problems.

The first one just didn't work. Called and a replacement was there the next day! The only downside is that you have to make a real effort to open the battery compartment. But it works fine!

I guess I wasn't smart enough to open it. I didn't like it and had to send it back. Didn't get a full refund. I will not order again. However, Revain did not return part of my money.

It's uncomfortably large and sometimes doesn't work, but those times, until now, those times were just moments. I had to replace the original remote because the left arrow stopped working and this one works great for my needs. Overall I am very happy with the purchase.

As a replacement for the original Sony remote, it works well once you become familiar with the button layout and the size of the device. It's a little big but works well. The fit and finish is good and it appears to be well designed and built. Figuring out how to open the battery compartment was a little tricky, but we finally figured it out. Overall good value for money!

No problems in use, just insert the batteries and everything works. I only use it to turn the TV on and off and select a source since I don't have a cable and everything else I control through my Roku. So there are a lot of fancy features that I can't comment on right now because I don't use them! Also good value for money, saw some much more expensive replacement parts that were basically the same. So far no problems.

Although it's a large square remote, it works great. There were minimal instructions in the box and I figured I would have to hook it up to the TV like you should hook up most remotes. NOT so with this one. It worked right out of the box. The only major problem I had was trying to open it to put the batteries in. This process was quite time consuming and a bit dangerous for your hands. I had to use a letter opener to get enough to open it.

Pros: Works with my 9 year old Sony Bravia HD TV, functions are intuitive, good price. Cons: Small buttons like mute are very difficult to press. As a result, I press firmly with the edge of the nail, sometimes several times. Second, the power button stopped working after a few months. If I had to lose it it would be because my TV has an on/off switch. It's not the same as losing the channel switch or mute button! I just bought a second one after losing the first one.
