Got this for use with our RV when towing a Jeep Unlimited to hitch height. Does exactly what it should. Also a good thick powder coating.

Well made but limited to very light trailers. Also, this extends your main ball mount way back, so expect to replace your trailer's electrical connection with a longer piece.

What about all-metal products with no moving parts? Item was exactly as described, arrived as expected. This is a genuine Roadmaster part, made in the USA. This adapter aligned my trailer hitch.

Towbar Arrived. And then I realized that I should have read the specs on the product page more carefully. While this hitch is very well made, I didn't look closely at the weight of the tongue. I had to turn around and take the Roadmaster 048-2. More expensive but rated for the weight of the tongue which made me feel more confident.

works great for me. I had an aluminum trunk behind my Jeep Wrangler, but I couldn't open the tailgate because the spare part got caught in the trunk. I attached this to lower the carrier a few inches and now I have no problem. I can stow my hunting gear in the back and if I'm lucky enough to catch a deer, my luggage rack is always there to load it.
