Description of Robinair 14390 Refrigerant Oil Pump

The compact design is faster and more effective than hand-operated oil pumps. Use with any cordless drill to move 1 gallon of oil in less than 75 seconds. Pump cap adapter fits most off-the-shelf 1 gallon oil bottles. Includes a 1/4 inch flare fitting to connect to A/C or refrigeration system. Works with ester, alkyl benzene or mineral oil (150-300 SUS).

Faulty Pump Creates Automotive Nightmare

This refrigerant oil pump was a complete disappointment. It leaked oil all over my garage floor and made the job much messier than it needed to be. The only positive is that it was easy to connect. However the constant leaks and spills made me regret my purchase. Save yourself the trouble and look for a different product..

What not to do: Air conditioning tools and equipment

I loved this concept and have been looking for something like this for years. When I received mine I found that this pump does not add oil. everything that has pressure. It must be 0 psi or you will damage the pump. At 0 psi I could also use a hand pump. 1 star for lack of information here
