Great customer service and easy to use software

I like that it is easy to use, has great customer service, and their team really gets things done! They are very flexible with our needs as we have changed over time. The tool itself can be expensive for some companies so having someone who understands your business help you through this process will make all of the difference. It's not something I would say I dislike but there isn't much that I do like about Rocketism. If you're looking for an effective CRM system then look no further than…

  • Does Not Have A Lot Needed In Terms OF Reporting Capabilities

Excellent knowledge and great customer service

The team at rocket is always eager to help out with any questions I have, they are very knowledgeable about Salesforce but also know how it's like for us as an admin/support person who doesn't use SFDC all that often! They were able to quickly address some of my issues when we had them over-night last time (even though our office was experiencing its own problems) which made me feel more comfortable using their services again this year.
